Nexora Development ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Nathan. By purchasing or using any script, system, or service from Nexora Development, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products & Payments

All products require full payment before delivery. Products are sold as described and are delivered digitally via Payhip. Prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change at any time.

License & Usage

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased script or system in your own Roblox game. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product
• Leak or publicly post the source code
• Claim the product as your own work
• Use the product in violation of Roblox Terms of Service

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks after a purchase has been made. If you have questions before purchasing, please ask before completing your payment.

Support

Basic support is provided for installation help and script-related bugs. We are not responsible for incorrect installation, conflicts with other scripts, Roblox platform updates, losses, or account bans.

Termination

Nexora Development reserves the right to revoke usage rights at any time, particularly in cases of rule violations, blacklisting, or misuse of our products.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
